Terms and ConditionsAll policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests (and members of their party) to be familiar with all policies pertaining to rental, and to verify all dates and other information on their confirmation. Check-in and Checkout: Check in time is 2pm; check out time is 10am Direct Check-in: Our units offer direct check in. There is no need to go to another location and wait in line before heading to your vacation destination. Some of the properties do however require you to check with the office to get your parking pass and key. Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. The daily rate may include fees to cover use of certain amenities at the property. When a renter uses a credit card to rent the property, the cost of the credit card fee will be passed on to the renter as a processing fee. All rates include taxes and cleaning fees. Higher rates may apply to houses and holiday periods such as Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Monthly rates are available on each properties web location. Age Requirements: Individuals making reservations must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply. Minimum Stay Requirements: Some properties may have a minimum amount of days a guest must reserve in order to stay. Most properties will have a maximum number of guests who may stay in the property. Reservation Fee: All reservations include a 6% reservation fee calculated on total rent including amenity fee and cleaning fee. The reservation fee is non-refundable. There is no reservation fee for long term rentals 28 days or longer. The minimum reservation fee is $20. Falsified Reservation: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will forfeit the advance payment, deposit and rental money. The party will not be permitted to check in or stay. Cleaning Fee: A departure cleaning fee is required to be paid by guest. This fee includes all normal cleaning required after your departure. Parking Restrictions: Many properties have parking restrictions. Ask our reservation expert upon deciding on your rental destination. Security Deposit Protection: There will be a Security Deposit Protection Plan in place shortly. Please check back. Damages to the Property: Please report any damage to the rental property upon your arrival to our office in order to avoid possible liability. If any loss or damage occurs during you stay, you must notify us immediately. Pet Policy: Pets are permitted only in certain approved properties and advance notice is required. A non-refundable pet fee will be added to your reservation. You must inform the account executive before arrival to the property if a pet will be included at a property that allows pets. Advance Payments: 50% of the stay is required upon booking. The additional fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days, the entire portion is required. Methods of Payment: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Other acceptable forms of payment include personal check, certified check, cashier's check, or money order. Make checks or money orders payable to YourVacas P.O. Box 7308 Atlanta, GA 30357. All payments are to be paid in U.S. Dollars. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. Cancellation: Cancellation before 60 days incurs the loss of 15% of the deposited amount. Cancellation before 30 days incurs the loss of the 50% deposit. After 30 days a cancellation will be charged the full amount of the total. Agency Disclosure: YourVacas serves the owner of the vacation property and acts at all times in and for the best interest of the owners. |
