Depends on the location, but most of the time there is no restriction for children.
What is the rental price?
It will depend on the location, property and owner. Check each individual property.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually, there is a minimum of 3 days but it depends on the owner and the season.
Are there weekly rates available?
Yes - and usually at a discount
Is it possible to add additional guests later?
Yes - as long as there is sufficient room available.
Is the photo pictured the exact condo we would be staying in?
Yes - all of our pictures are of the specific property.
How far is the beach?
Varies with each property.
What are some additional expenses?
The rental rate does not include the price of food, transportation, or activities.
How are groceries obtained?
Cabinets can be stocked before your arrival through our concierge services. Contact us with your list and we'll have everything ready when you arrive.
Is there a deposit? If so, how much?
Yes. There is a $250 refundable security deposit required plus 15% of the total if you book 60 days prior to your stay. If you book 45 days prior to your stay, the full amount is due plus the security deposit.
Can you tell me the exact cost for the dates I requested?
Yes - when you send a request, a YourVacas Specialist will contact you with all the information you need.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than ninety (90) days in advance of your arrival, you will forfeit the $250 security deposit only. If you cancel more than sixty (60) days in advance of your reservation, your security deposit and 15% payment will be forfeited. Cancellations with less than forty-five (45) days notice will result in the forfeiture all monies paid less the $250 security deposit.
NO SHOWS / BAD WEATHER / EARLY CHECKOUT, etc.: We will not refund your money if for any reason you do not use the condo during your reserved dates. We will also not refund your money if there is bad weather during your stay (this is beyond our control) or if for any reason you choose to leave before your checkout date. We will refund your money in the event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION of the island. Call or email us with the date and time of your departure and we will verify evacuation conditions and refund your money, prorated for the number of days you actually did use the condo.
Is there a maid included?
Our properties have housekeeping rates included in the price. Please refer to individual property if you want mid-stay cleaning.
I'm a golfer, can you help me find a good course?
Yes, we can help you choose which course you would like to play and even book your tee time for you.
Is there internet access?
In most properties yes - each property listing will say if they have internet access available.
Is there cable TV?
Each property is different, but most do offer cable TV. Check each individual listing.
Can you provide references?
Yes, there will be references provided by previous visitors. If you need more, please ask.
How do you determine price?
Each of our properties are privately owned, so the pricing varies from property to property, season to season. Location, quality, amenities, inclusive services, and popularity/availability of the property are all price influencing factors.
How far in advance do I need to book my vacation?
Generally speaking, the earlier the better. The most popular locations tend to book several months in advance.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival at the destination.
Can I reserve the same condo for the same time next year if I like it?
Yes, we book 12 months in advance, so you are more than welcome to book the place you stay right after you leave it.
How many people can I bring with me?
Each property listing will tell you how many people can sleep in the condo.
How do I get a key to the property?
After final payment is processed, you will be sent a code to a lockbox that has the key inside.
Who do I contact in the event there is a problem with the condo?
Contact the person you arranged your stay with, and they will take the appropriate steps needed to fix your problem.
